From flour to devour, we take extra special care to create a handcrafted bread product of the highest quality; something you’ll be proud to take home.
We bake only with the basics: flour, water, salt, (SOMETIMES OLIVE OIL + HERBS) and sourdough culture. Simple.
Rest assured we never use any additives, preservatives, or nasty chemicals – not in our kitchen. Our bread is made to be enjoyed fresh, and is always baked and sold on the very same day.
Crafted in the European-style, we strive for a rustic, golden-brown finish each and every time. We’re continually inspired to source sourdough cultures from around the world to prepare a small, signature menu of loaves - each with their own style, identity, and taste.
